  • A Flat economy rate of $7.50 which covers the cost of S/H plus tracking, is applied to all our SewDezi Aprons at the time of checkout.
  • A Flat economy rate of 2.50 which covers the cost of S/H plus tracking, is applied to all our SewDezi handtowels at the time of Checkout. 
  • Shipping waived for orders totaling over $50.00.
  • Please contact us if you need an item or particular order to be rushed.
  • We do our very best to mail our orders the next business day after the day of purchase except for customized orders.
  • All ready-to-ship items are shipped the following business days after purchase.
  • Please allow an estimated 2 weeks for all made-to-order purchases.  Remember all SewDezi Aprons are handmade in my studio by me ♥
We offer Exchanges, Customization and Refunds as well. Please note that all Refunds, Exchanges, and Customization can be processed within 30 days of the day the package was shipped out to you.
As you know our main goal at SewDezi is very simply, a very happy shopper and wearer of our beautiful aprons. If for some reason however you would like to exchange your new SewDezi Kitchen Dress for a different one from our collection, all you need to do is the following,
  • Email us first with your order # and let us know which apron you will like to exchange your original purchase for.
  • We will communicate with you and discuss whatever rate changes are involved.
  • Finally, just simply mail the item back to us along with the order #. You will then be refunded or charged the difference of the purchase.
Alterations & Customizations
Unlike other companies, we at SewDezi pride ourselves in making our buyers happy. One of the ways we do this is we offer you the option of altering your apron if you need. If you absolutely love your new SewDezi apron, however you would like it to be a little longer, or wider, or perhaps a different top, etc… we will work with you to make this happen.
  • All you have to do is email us with your order # and let us know what you would like altered on your apron.
  • We will discuss details further.
  • Finally, just mail us the original apron along with order #.
We are disappointed to hear that you need to return your SewDezi apron, however we will be glad to help you in the process. If you have any questions regarding a product you are not happy with or would like to exchange or return, please email us, we are happy to help. Below are some of the ways we can help you with your item
  • We offer returns and exchanges on all unworn, undamaged merchandise with original packaging and tags attached.
  • All return and exchange items must be received within 30 days from the date your ordered was mailed out to you.
  • Returns are processed 5 to 7 business days from the day they are received.
  • Refunds are issued in the same form of the original payment.
  • Only the value of the item is refunded.
